Please see the attachments section for a copy. �Indian Health Services (IHS) Web-based environmental health reporting system This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in�subpart� 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Request for Proposal (RFP) 75H70121R00039 The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06. This is a total small business set-aside under NAICS Code 511210 with a size standard of $41.5 million. Issue Date: 12 August 2021����������������� Proposal Due Date: �21 September 2021 at 2:00 P.M. PDT or earlier due to matthew.phelps@ihs.gov. The provision at�52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition with addenda.
