Description

This amendment to the Pre-Solicitation notice is issued for the following reasons: 1. The site visit set for��3 November 2021, 8:00 AM has been cancelled. Site visit informtion will be provided when the solicitation is posted on or about 27 October 2021.� ********************************************************************************************************************* This amendment to the Pre-Solicitation notice is issued for the following reasons: 1. The solicitation number is changed from N40080-21-R-7609 to �new solicitation number: N40080-22-R-1001. 2. The Government has changed the solicitation issue date from October 1, 2021 to a new issue date of October 27, 2021. 3. The site visit has changed from October 14, 2021 at 10:00 am to a new site visit date of 3 November 2021, 8:00 AM. A special notice � Base Access has been uploaded with this amendment. 4. The Government intends to award a contract with a full performance start date of January 2, 2022. 5. This requirement is set aside for 8(a) certified contractors with the correct corresponding NAICS code 561720 Janitorial Services with corresponding Size Standard of $19.5 million. as their primary NAICS. 6. This amendment does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quotation, or invitation for bid. This is a notice for planning purposes. �***************************************************************************** The Naval Facilities Engineering Command Washington (NAVFAC Washington)/ Facilities, Engineering, and Acquisition Division (FEAD) plans to issue a solicitation for the janitorial services located at Marine Corps Base (MCB) Quantico, VA. MCB Quantico houses the Naval Health Clinic, HMX Clinic and over 40 tenant commands and activities. This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quotation, or invitation for bid. This is a notice for planning purposes. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 561720 Janitorial Services with corresponding Size Standard of $19.5 million. The solicitation number will be N40080-21-R-7609. The Government will issue the solicitation approximately October 1, 2021, and award a contract with a full performance to begin January 2, 2022. Site visit will be October 14, 2021 at 10:00 am.
