Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Patuxent River, MD intends to issue a fixed-price type delivery order under a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) # N00019-21-G-0012 with Bell Textron Inc. The order will procure a quantity of eight (8) FMS Czech Republic UH-1Y Fast Rope Gantry Kits. This contract action will be negotiated and awarded on a sole source basis with Bell Textron Inc. Fort Worth, Texas, in accordance with FAR 6.302-4 �International Agreement�.
