Description: The Vicksburg District (MVK) requires renewal of the medium subscription services to the National Institute of Building Sciences, ProjNet System in order to continue consistent engineering design, reviews and contracting bidder inquiry and tracking processes. Per FAR 13.106-1(b), this award is being sole sourced to the National Institute of Building Sciences. They are the creator and owner of the ProjNet system. No other vendors are able to provide the subsciption to ProjNet.�
