Section L, the proposal due date has been extended to 19 October 2021. The Bidder�s Questions have been extended to 8 October 2021. A Second ship check is available on Monday, September 27 through Wednesday, September 29, 2021. Under Volume I of Section L, the Basic Contract Deliverables and Requirements has been revised to state �Offerors are to submit with Volume One:�. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. Ship Check:The vessel will be available for inspection on Monday, September 13, 2021 through Friday, September 17, 2021 upon request from the offeror. All offerors interested in a ship check must provide advance notice when they plan to ship check the vessel.
