- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a sole source, firm-fixed price requirements supply contract for the procurement of Weather Station Antenna part number H293341-2 (MFG P/N: 2900178) to Mesotech International, Inc., 4531 Harlin Drive, Sacramento, CA 95823-9716, CAGE Code 00JX9. The period of performance of this contract will include one (1) base year and four (4) option years. The Government does not possess the technical data package (TDP) as this antenna is proprietary to Mesotech International and is the only authorized source per the Missile Defense Agency. This will be Freight On Board (FOB) Destination to Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA 17201-4150. The 2019 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 334220 � Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing, the size standard is 1250 employees and the product code is 5985 � Antennas, Waveguides and Related Equipment. The Statutory Authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition for this action is U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented in FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), �Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies and Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements�. Solicitation number W911N2-22-Q-0004 will be released on or about 19 OCT 2021, with a closing date on or about 01 NOV 2021. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency.
