- Solicitation for End Item: APU Gas Turbine, NSN 6150-01-562-1353, PR 0090355806, Wiring Harness, with Part Number 4507159.�� This is an Unrestricted, firm fixed price definite quantity, other than full and open competition acquisition for�18 each, NAICS 334419. �Potential source: Goodrich Corporation, cage 55820. FOB Origin, Inspection/Acceptance Destination. Delivery Schedule: 549 days ADO. �Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government.� The request is for a written proposal.� Please submit offers via to email gregory.orr@dla.mil.� OFFERS MUST COMPLETE A COPY OF THE SOLICITATION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD.� ELECTRONIC OFFERS ARE ACCEPTABLE.� A copy of the solicitation will be available via DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS).� The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.� The solicitation issue date is on or about October 20, 2021. �The closing date will be on or about November 18, 2021.� If an offer submitted to the solicitation is over $750,000, a Subcontracting Plan will be required with the offer.� If an offer submitted to the solicitation is over $2,000,000, Certified Cost and Pricing Data and a Substantial Plan will be required in order to receive an award.� Regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). SAM Registration is at HTTP://WWW.SAM.GOV.
