- 03 September 2021 Revision: The Global Analytics Platform (GAP) has been posted to the classified National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) Acquisition Research Center (ARC) mechanism as of this revision. It is officially titled �USSOCOM GAP�. All questions on how to find the effort, account or access issues and more, please use the contact us feature on the ARC homepage and select the appropriate area to contact. Once again, the website address is as follows: https://acq.westfields.net � 17 August 2021 Revision: The previous statement on 12 July 2021 regarding the number of days has been changed to **75 days** instead of 45 days. �As stated in the original posting, the Government anticipates posting initial details to the ARC system within 45 calendar days from the 07 July 2021 SAM.gov posting.� The new statement is:�As stated in the original posting, the Government anticipates posting initial details to the ARC system within 75�calendar days from the 07 July 2021 SAM.gov posting. Submitting emails asking if the requirement has been posted to the ARC shall�not be answered. Please reference previous postings below for additional information. 12 July 2021 Revision: The response date of 06 August 2021 as listed in SAM.gov is to allow companies, organizations, businesses, and or individuals to view this posting. This posting is a public notification of the Global Analytics Platform (GAP) requirement and its posture to the ARC system as originally posted on SAM.gov on 07 July 2021. This public notification is listed as a sources sought instead of a special notice in order to allow maximum viewing by the general public. This posting notification is related to: H9244220RFIGAPRev1. All previous communications related to this effort prior to the 07 July 2021 SAM.gov posting are no longer current. No proposal, submittal, package, pamphlet, brochure, video device (DVD, CD, USB), hard or paperback book, binders or whitepapers or anything not just stated are required of any company, organization, business, or individual to be submitted to the Government based on this 07 July 2021 SAM.gov public posting. This posting is only for awareness and to provide an update to industry that the GAP effort will only be released via the ARC system and no longer posted on SAM.gov. The Government has posted no documentation or package of initial details to the ARC system, to the SAM.gov system or to any other place or system for viewing. As stated in the original posting, the Government anticipates posting initial details to the ARC system within 45 calendar days from the 07 July 2021 SAM.gov posting. All future communications related to GAP after this posting will occur via the ARC. No more updates will be published to SAM.gov. It is up to each company, organization, business or individual to check the ARC system. No extension will be provided if a company, organization, business, or individual mistimes, fails to check, or does not have access to the ARC system to view any posting the Government may post. The Government will not field any more questions related to proposal specific questions until this effort is posted in the ARC system. Any questions unrelated to those must be submitted via email. 07 July 2021 - Original Posting:� The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), Directorate of Procurement, on behalf of USSOCOM Program Executive Office � Special Operation Forces (SOF) Digital Applications (DA), is conducting an Other Transaction (OT) for a prototype project for the Global Analytics Platform (GAP) new program of record via the classified National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) Acquisition Research Center (ARC) mechanism. The Global Analytics Platform Program will provide Special Operations Forces (SOF) deployable, affordable, sustainable and continuation of agile software development. Please ensure your company is registered using the NRO�s Acquisition Center of Excellence (ACE) Unclassified and Classified ARC located at the following web address listed below. This website will have a registration area and follow said prompts within. The USSOCOM Directorate of Procurement will provide no assistance with the registration, requirements, technical issues, questions or concerns regarding the website. Any issues may be directed to one of the phone numbers or emails located at the �contact us� section located at the below website. Any requested assistance required must be directed to the phone numbers or emails provided at the website. The website address is as follows: https://acq.westfields.net� All future documents will be handled on the appropriate classified system.� It is up to interested vendors to periodically check the NRO database. The program name ""Global Analytics Platform� (GAP) is anticipated to be used as a naming convention for this requirement.� The Government anticipates posting initial details within 45 calendar days or less. �
