Technical Instructor Services for a�Highway Drug Investigations for Patrol Course for the Midwest Counterdrug Training Center.�The course shall be focused on drug trafficking organizations, groups, gangs, and individual couriers involved in the transport of illegal drugs, currency, and/or other contraband items by motor vehicle on the nation�s highways.�The course must comprehensively address the concepts, strategies, tactics, and techniques of highway drug/criminal interdiction operations.� Additionally, ethical and legal issues in highway drug/criminal interdiction activities shall be included. Designed to equip officers with the basic skill and techniques needed to effectively gather, evaluate, and document information received from witnesses/suspects encountered during drug-related investigations.
