Cincinnati VA Medical Center typically takes about 2 hours for each visit to service the facility. The service is performed every other week. Fort Thomas location is serviced monthly and takes a couple hours each visit to service the hospital. Follow-up to Question 1. Does the government consider this service adequate? Current Service is adequate Is there a reason that the contract was nt optioned again by the government for the current contractor. I see it was awarded through 2025? The current contract had some issues that could not be fixed without significant contract modifications. Therefore, it was the Government s decision to not execute the option and re-compete. I am assuming that vaccination status of contractors will be required for award. Is this correct? The VA s ultimate mission is to support the Veteran. In short, information is continuing to change. We will provide more information that is forthcoming however, it may not be received until after award. As we are going page by page just curious is Line item number 0004 and 0004AA a duplicate? 0004 is a CLIN and 0004AA is a SLIN, the CLIN is not separately priced as denoted by the NSP. We would want pricing for the installation services identified on 0004AA. CLIN0004 is just a placeholder. SLIN 0004AA description is correct. Pest Control Installation Services Cincinnati VA Medical Center and Ft Thomas Domiciliary For initial setup for requirements identified in the Statement of Work This SLIN was established to pay for any of the setup costs that are required to perform to the PWS. These items not to be recurring after the base period.
