Description

The USPS OIG is interested in obtaining information about executive coaching services to support executives in developing and implementing both internal and external communication strategies communicating agency purpose, work product, initiatives, and organizational change. These services must include coaching executives in the creation of an integrated communications strategy using the latest technology and social media. The executive coaching services must focus on the success of the client and specialize in communication strategy, effectiveness, implementation, and measurement. In addition, the services must include strategies for an organization�s stakeholder outreach programs. Lastly, the USPS OIG is interested in learning more about executive coaching services that help increase executive impact and enhance the value communication brings to an organization. This is a Request for Information (RFI) and planning ONLY and does not constitute a solicitation. A response to this RFI is necessary to assist the U.S. Postal Service Office of Inspector General (USPS OIG) in determining the potential levels of interest, adequate competition, and technical capability for a potential, but not certain, future solicitation. Firms not responding to the RFI may be precluded from participating in a future solicitation. The USPS OIG is not responsible for any cost incurred by industry in furnishing this information.
