Description

Work is to be completed to a private home, under the jurisdiction of Thurston County. The contractor must review site conditions, and report any concerns or discrepancies to the Contracting Officer�s Representative (COR) in writing prior to beginning construction. The design is detailed in the Site Plan (Design) Attachment 2. In accordance with the Design, the contractor must:� D.1 Work Requirements: Mobilization and demobilization Installation of approximately 10 linear feet of solid sewer pipe Installation of one underground double-sweep cleanout Installation of a 1125-gallon septic tank Installation of a 1000-gallon pump chamber and Myers MES100 Pump (or equivalent) Installation of approximately 850 linear feet of Class 200 3� PVC transport pipe Installation of approximately 120 linear feet of gravel less low profile chamber drain-field
