COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION NOTICE Requirement Title: KIRTLAND AFB � Integrated Solid Waste Management (ISWM) Services Solicitation Number: FA9401-21-Q-Z007 Response Deadline: Friday, 22 October 2021, 1600 PM (MDT) Question Deadline: Monday, 4 October 2021, 1200 PM (MDT) Contract Specialist: Stacey Lee, stacey.lee.2@us.af.mil Contracting Officer: Leann Lopez, leann.lopez@us.af.mil Quote Validity: Quotes shall be valid for 120 days after the Response Deadline B. GENERAL INFORMATION 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). 3. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06/07-12-2021. 4. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for Small Business Competition. 5. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 562111, Solid Waste Collection, with a size standard of $41.5M. PSC Code S205. 6. Notice to Vendors: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds area available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse a vendor for any costs. C. REQUIREMENT INFORMATION 1. Description of requirement: See Attachment 1 � Performance Work Statement (PWS) �KAFB ISWM PWS� dated 7 September 2021. 2. Schedule of Services: a. The Schedule of Services is identified in Appendix A. b. Acceptance/ FOB Point for all CLINS is: DESTINATION c. New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax (NMGRT) may be applicable to the proposed effort. Contractors are currently required to enter Kirtland AFB through the contractor gate located off Gibson Boulevard, west of the Carlisle Gate. Current wait times at this gate average approximately 1 hour, but may occasionally be longer. Vendors should take this into account as they develop their pricing. b. A brief virtual site tour video is available for Vendors to view.
