- Drug Enforcement Administration RFI # 15DDHQ22R00000001 This synopsis does not commit the Government to award a contract, nor does the Government intend to pay for any information submitted in response to this synopsis. � Description The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Office of Acquisition and Relocation Management (FA) intends to issue a solicitation for the acquisition of International Collection Systems Equipment and associated fleet support, services and maintenance to meet the needs of the Department of Justice (DOJ) entities and DEA divisions throughout the United States and worldwide. � Scope This synopsis is to receive capable vendors that can provide the requirement being described. At this time, this is all the information that will be released at this time due to sensitivity issues. Please see Section C �Details to Follow� and D �Responses� for specific details. � The equipment/services utilized under this requirement may be used for the court ordered, or otherwise legally authorized, interception of electronically based communications content. The Collection Systems will be tasked with collecting and producing evidence-quality recordings and logs of activity of intercepted transmissions and/or data by targets of criminal investigations. The Collection Systems will need to contain the latest database optimization techniques and voice analytics. All Collection Systems shall be compatible with all hardware/software solutions developed by industry to comply with the standards set by the European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI) and the 3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP). � Details to Follow Due to the sensitive nature of this requirement this synopsis will be conducted through a multi-step process via email with details released through a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) process. Through this synopsis, DEA is seeking any capable vendor that can currently provide the below need. This is the only synopsis information being released publicly at this time. In order to pre-qualify to receive additional information, the vendor must follow the below steps: � If you are interested in receiving additional details for this requirement, please submit the following information: *The package submission, in total, should exceed no more than 30 pages* Company�s detailed capabilities statement directly relating to International Collection Systems Equipment and associated fleet support, services and maintenance. The capability statement will need to contain information and capability requirements to fit the scope of this requirement. *Proprietary information, if any, should be minimized and MUST be clearly marked. * Company�s relevant past experiences within the last three (3) years relating to the scope requirement. Company�s SAM registration. Company�s business size and socioeconomic standards. � � The government specialists will review the package submission from this synopsis. If the package demonstrates the capability of the scope of this requirement, the vendor will be provided Individual Non-Disclosure Agreements to sign and return. These will be provided on an individual basis and not companywide. If the package does not demonstrate the capability of the scope of this requirement, the government will acknowledge receipt of the package and retain a copy of the information for future procurements most relevant to the company capability and experience. � All NDA�s will need to be signed and returned to the government personnel identified. Upon return and receipt of the signed document, the government will reach out with additional questions/topics to discuss this requirement in more detail. Responses All interested parties must be registered in the Systems Award Management, www.SAM.gov. This request is open to all business sizes; however, small businesses are encouraged to respond. � Once all responses are evaluated, the companies who submitted information will be notified if they are pre-qualified to receive an NDA and hold additional conversations. � No questions will be accepted at this time. Interested vendors are encouraged to submit all requested information to Kaitlyn Mahafkey at Kaitlyn.M.Mahafkey@usdoj.gov by October 27th, 2021 at 10:00 AM EST with the subject 15DDHQ22R00000001 in the email.
