Description: The Government intends to award a sole source contract to Aramark Sports and Entertainment, LLC to host the G081 Tier 1 Help Desk and User Workshop Conference, 18 October 2021 through 21 October 2021, at the National Center for Employee Development (NCED) in Norman, OK.�According to Executive Order 13589 - Promoting Efficient Spending, ""Agencies should make all appropriate efforts to conduct business and host or sponsor conferences in spaces controlled by the Federal Government, wherever practicable and cost effective."" The NCED is a federal property managed and maintained by Armark Sports and Entertainment, LLC.
