- Description
- The 201st Regional Training Institute (RTI) has a requirement to purchase meals in support of its�Basic Leaders Course that will take place at Building 205 in Fort Allen, Juana Diaz, PR. The�Course will start on October 27, 2021 and will end on November 18, 2021, during this period there�will be three (3) daily meals scheduled. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional�information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice. Attached is a�written solicitation. This requirement is a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation documents and�incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect in the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. The award will be a Firm Fixed Priced Award in accordance with the following: 1. Set Aside: This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. 2. The Product Service Code is 8940, Special Dietary Foods and Food Specialty Preparations. 3. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is�722310 with a size standard of $45,000,000. Offers must provide a unit price and extended price for CLIN 0001, CLIN 0002 and CLIN 0003�referenced in the �Supplies or Services and Prices.�� The breakfast needs to be deliver from October 28, 2021 to November 18, 2021 at 6:00 am, and�lunch and dinner needs to�be deliver from October 27, 2021 to November 17, 2021 at 11:30 am and�5:00 pm respectively. The meals must be in accordance with the 21 Days RTI Menu attached.� The performance of all the work has to be in accordance with (IAW) the attached Solicitation.
