Description

General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Washington City: Vancouver Delineated Area: Vancouver City Limits and Vancouver Urban Growth Area (see attached map) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 10,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 10,000 Space Type: Warehouse Parking Spaces (Total): 5 Parking Spaces (Surface): 5 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 5 Full Term: 5 years Firm Term: 1 year Additional Requirements: A minimum of one bay with a conveniently accessed electronically controlled door (12� minimum width and 14� minimum height). Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is not required. Offered space shall not be in the 500-year flood plain. Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ).
