- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this requirement is 70Z02822Q7AA01800 issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).� This requirement is solicited using full and open competition.� The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 561790 Other Service to Buildings and Dwellings with a Small Business Size $8.0.� The basis of this award will be Best Value.� This contract will include a base year and four (4) option years. Follow on Option Years: � � �Option Year 1:� Oct 1, 2022 - Sept 30, 2023 � � �Option Year 2:� Oct 1, 2023 - Sept 30, 2024 � � �Option Year 3:� Oct 1, 2024 - Sept 30, 2025 � � �Option Year 4:� Oct 1, 2025 - Sept 30, 2026 The purpose of this solicitation is for POOL CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES for two (2) separate locations for the US Coast Guard within the Miami FL area, in according with each Scope of Work requirements.� The pools specification are as follow: (1) 49.5� x 25.5� with a 3� Shallow End and 8� Deep End, and (2) 20� x 40� with 3� Shallow End and 9� Deep End.� The requirements in accordance with the Scope of Works (SOWs), the contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment remove, replace, and dispose of minor refuse, and excess or waste materials.� The contractor shall clean all surface areas, scrub and clean pool tiles, along with performing all regular and routine maintenance accordingly to each location Scope of Work. It is highly recommended to visit the facilities to make a full evaluation and become familiar with the pool areas, along with reviewing the entire Scope of Work to discuss the specifics with each location Point of Contact.� To schedule a site visit and receive security information, the Point of Contact Phone Numbers and Emails are listed below with each location.� The Period of Performance is November 1, 2021 thru September 30, 2022. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror, whose offer conforming to the solicitation and Scope of Works, and most advantageous to the Government. Proposals shall be submitted on the offeror/vendor/contractor Letterhead via email or fax Proposals shall be 10 pages or less on the vendor Letterhead Proposals shall include the cost for the base year and four (4) options years All prospective contractors shall be register in the SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM) before submitting the proposal for this solicitation The Best Value evaluation will be based on Capabilities Statement, Technical, and Price. The U.S. Government will not provide reimbursement for any information that may be submitted in response to the RFQ.� Respondents are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to the RFQ.� The United State Coast Guard Contracting Office will evaluate all quotes and intends to satisfy this requirement through a formal acquisition process.� All quotes must be received before the RFQ close.� Please see the attached SOWs and related documents for the specifics of the requirements.
