Ft. (ABOA): 3,443 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,615 Maximum Sq. Ft. (RSF): 4,132 Space Type: Office and Related Space Reserved Parking Spaces (Total): 4 Reserved Parking Spaces (Gated): 4 Non-Reserved Parking Spaces (Total): 19 Full Term: 10 Years (120 months) Firm Term: 3 Years (36 months) Additional Requirements: 3,000 SF of secured Wareyard for UTV/Trailer Storage Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
