(ABOA):�� �485,947 Space Type:�� �Warehouse Parking Spaces (Total):�� �130 Parking Spaces (Surface):�� �130 Parking Spaces (Structured):�� �0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):�� �130 Full Term:�� �15 years Firm Term:�� �5 years Option Term:�� �5 years Additional Requirements:�� �Must be located within close proximity to JBSA Lackland-Kelly Air Force Base as determined by the GSA Lease Contracting Officer � Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. �A fully serviced lease is required. �Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
