- Description
- The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), in accordance with FAR 6.302.1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Spider Strategies, Inc. (1201 Wilson Blvd., 27th Floor, Arlington, VA 22209-2300), a 12 (twelve) month Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract with one 12 (twelve) month option period for the purchase of the Strategic Management Systems software modules, enterprise licensing, maintenance and administration of performance management software and supporting subject matter expertise. NAICS 541511 applies. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, however; any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement to the contracting office no later than October 29, 2021, (4:00PM, EST). Interest/capability statements may be sent to Shelby Saum (Contractor, Legacy Mgmt) at Shelby.a.saum.ctr@army.mil. No telephone responses will be accepted. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No solicitation documentation is available or will be issued.
