Description

Please review all attachments for the Sheridan WY VA Medical Center for Medical and Dental Air Compressor and Vacuum Preventive Maintenance and Unscheduled Maintenance Services along with an annual medical gas system inspection and annual report IAW the NFPA 99 and IAW the SOW. Note: Special Standards of Responsibility are in Sections E.1 and E.4 of the RFQ attachment. Also, before bidding for this solicitation, please ensure your company meets the requirements in FAR Clause 52.223-99 COVID-19 Safety Protocols for Federal contractors found in Section C.8 of the RFQ Attachment. All solicitation questions shall be sent and received via email to: John.Cheng2@va.gov by no later than 12:00pm MDT on 10/18/2021.
