- The work includes, but is not limited to, providing all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to provide the wastewater treatment system cleaning and kitchen exhaust ventilation systems cleaning services outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) at U.S. Naval Air Facility (NAF) Atsugi (NAF Atsugi) and Combined Arms Training Center, Fuji (CATC Fuji), Japan under a performance-based contract that is comprised of both Recurring Work and Non-Recurring Work Items.Note: Attachment 1 (Performance Work Statement) will be made available to offeror upon request via BETA.SAM.GOV.Note2: Proposal due date is 15 November 2021 at 1300 (01:00 PM) Local Japan Time. *Visit 'https://piee.eb.mil/sol/xhtml/unauth/search/oppMgmtLink.xhtml?solNo=N4008422R8000' to obtain more details.*
