- Q&A Set 1 1.What is attachment D for? Does that mean that is what the business has to pay its employees Steve? I don't understand why that's in there. Please refer to the Dept of Labor to answer your questions regarding the Service Contract Act. 2. In one of their major requirements you stated that a reservation confirmation number will be provided in advance by the Wilmington VAMC Travel Office. Can you explain how this will be done? Will this reservation number be attached to this Arrangement and will there be a system set in place and place to provide confirmation number? Once we call hotel to make a reservation for a specific day, they will confirm and send us the conformation number for that specific reservation. 3. Are there a required amount of rooms that need to be on standby for these dates? We are asking that vendor will able to have at a minimal, 7 rooms per week on standby for veterans to occupy. 4. If there is no past performance for this type of Prior service should I just put no document or no pass performance in the submission? On the past performance, please identify that you do not have past performance on this type of service. Then we ll know you are responsive to the solicitation requirements.
