- The purpose of this amendment is to modify the Due Date of initial offers to October 27, 2021 4:30 PM (EST) United States Department of Agriculture RLP Procurement Summary � � � � � � � The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) seeks to lease the following space: State: NJ City: Hammonton Delineated Area: North: 13th Street / Fairview Ave East: Route 30 / S White Horse Pike South: Atlantic 640 West: 1st Street Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,315 ABOA Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,315 ABOA Maximum Sq. Ft. (RSF):�1,512 NTE RSF Space Type:�Office and Retail Space Reserved Parking Spaces (Total):�Three (3) spaces NON-RESERVED PARKING SPACES (TOTAL) (available for use at no charge to the Government): The greater of local code or 5 spaces Full Term:�Five Years (5) (60-Months) Firm Term:��Up to Twenty (20) Years (240 Months) Additional Requirements: For this location, the government requires space for a Soil Lab. Approximately 300 SF of space will be required for the Soil Lab plus an additional 150SF of storage space. � The Government wishes to lease space in an existing building, or in a building to be constructed for the Government�s use. � Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. � The space offered, its location, and its surroundings must be compatible with the Government�s intended use. � A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space and sites shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. � Additional parking spaces may be located on-site and/or within 1/4 of a mile of the premises, pedestrian accessible. � Preferred first floor, contiguous space that meets accessibility requirements Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
