- Description
- Updated Announcement to include RRS Plans. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District, has a requirement�for construction of the Red River Structure portion of the Fargo Moorhead Metropolitan Area Flood Risk Management Project per Plans and Specifications (attached).� The Red River Structure includes, but is not limited to, a gated structure, dam walls, vehicle service bridge, mechanical platform bridge, stilling basin, dentated end sill, downstream retaining walls, approach apron, slope protection slab and approach walls. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237990 Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction with a size standard of $39.5M. The estimated magnitude of this construction project is between $100,000,000 and $250,000,000. This is a full and open (unrestricted) competition under FAR Part 36, using FAR Part 15 Selection Processes.� Payment and Performance Protection is required in accordance with FAR Part 28.
