Description: Program Manager (PM) Air Command & Control and Sensor Netting�(AC2SN) requires services�to analyze, integrate, deliver, support and manage software applications for the Theater Battle Management Core Systems � Replacement (TBMCS-R) software engineering effort. The engineering effort will include evaluating and establishing a hardware baseline to support software applications; determining and integrating an environment for hosting hardware-agnostic software applications; and determining cloud-hosting environments to replace the currently fielded TBMCS-R system.
