Description
Synopsis: Marine Forces Special Operations Command (MARFORSOC) is using this Sources Sought synopsis as means of conducting Market Research pursuant to FAR Part 10. There is currently solicitation. This notice is not to be construed as a commitment on the part of the Government to award a contract, nor does the Government intend to pay for any information submitted because of this notice. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any cost associated with submission of the information being requested or reimburse expenses incurred to interested parties for responses to this Sources Sought notice. Any responses received will not be used as a quote or proposal. This is not a request for quotes or request for proposals and in no way obligates the Government to award any contract. The Contractor must be approved by Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) and confirmed by MARFORSOC to have TOP SECRET Facility Clearance. The�intended award will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. The North American Classification Code is 541990 - All Other Professional, Scientific and Technical Services. Requirement: Multi-discipline Intelligence Operators Course (MDIOC) is a 14-week long period of instruction for intelligence marines new to Marine Forces Special Operations Command (MARFORSOC). The course consists of three blocks, a foundations block, an individual skills progression block, and an integrated collections block. Overall, the course is designed to train multi-discipline intelligence officers (MDIOs) to plan and execute intelligence operations utilizing all intelligence disciplines to accomplish assigned missions. The type of contracted support required includes the following: 1) Classroom academics support 2) Comprehensive culminating exercise 3) Discreet physical surveillance support 4) Qualified role player support 5) Student lodging support. Please submit any suggestions, questions, comments, and/or information, including literature/ brochures describing your firm's ability/interest to provide these services (i.e., ensure to explain how your company can provide this training). There is a 5-page limit to your response. Submit responses to the Contracting Specialist listed below via email: SSgt Geronimo Lopez at geronimo.lopez.mil@socom.mil by 08:00 AM, EST 25 October 2021. Reference MDIOC Training Support Sources Sought Notice, in the subject line of the email. In addition to above, interested vendors shall provide the following information: (1) Provide your Company official mailing address, DUNS number, CAGE code, POC information, and confirm if currently registered in SAM and if your company is considered a large or small business under NAICS code 541990. (2) If your company size standard is small, then please also indicate if your firm is certified as a: Service-Disabled Business, Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Business, Woman Owned Small Business, certified HUBZone, or certified under Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act. (3) Are the required services available under GSA Category/FSS contract? If so, then please provide contract number. (4) Have similar services been provided by your company to any government agencies in the past? If so, then please provide names of agencies, POCs and contract numbers. (5) Does your company currently hold the required TOP SECRET Facility Clearance to perform the required services? If so, then please provide proof of Facility Clearance, as an attachment to your response to this Sources Sought Notice (the proof of Facility Clearance does not count against the 5-page response limit.� (6) Also, does your company have access to SIPRnet? If so, then please explain how/where.
