- ***Update�- The solicitation is scheduled to be posted on/or about 22 July 2021. This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice of Intent.� The Health Readiness Contracting Office, Joint Base San Antonio, Fort Sam Houston, TX intends to award a Single-Award Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity contract with firm-fixed priced task orders on behalf of William Beaumont Army Medical Center, Fort Bliss, Texas for healthcare environmental cleaning and related services.� The services have been determined to be commercial in nature.� The NAICS code for this acquisition is 561720-Janitorial Services and the small business size standard is $19.5 million. This requirement will be awarded using competitive procedures and will be procured as a 100% Set-Aside for small business concerns.� The solicitation W81K04-21-R-0004, will be issued as a Request for Proposal on or about 25 June 2021 and will be posted electronically on the Federal Business Opportunities Website (https://sam.gov).� No hard copies will be made available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents.� All responsible sources may submit a proposal that shall be considered by the Agency.� All prospective offerors interested in submitting a proposal in response to the solicitation once posted, must have a Commercial and Government Entity code and be registered in the System for Award Management database.� The website for registration is https://sam.gov.
