This is a Sources Sought synopsis being conducted pursuant to FAR Part 10, Market Research. This is for planning purposes only and there is no solicitation available at this time. CONTRACTING OFFICE ADDRESS: CONTRACT MANAGEMENT DIVISION (CMD) 1000 NAVY PENTAGON ROOM 5E158 WASHINGTON, DC 20350 INTRODUCTION: This is a Sources Sought Synopsis to determine the availability of qualified sources of all sizes, both small and large businesses (including the following subsets - Small Disadvantaged Businesses; HUBZone firms; certified 8(a)s; small, small disadvantage, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses;� veteran owned small business, and, woman owned small business) to provide the required products and/or subscriptions. The Government is interested in sources that can provide and meet all requirements as outlined in the attached performance work statement (PWS). Please ensure you read the PWS thoroughly and understand all the requirements. The anticipated North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 611430 (Professional and Management Development Training). The size standard is $12 million dollars. This Sources Sought synopsis is requesting responses from businesses that can provide the required training and equipment under the NAICS Code. In order to make a determination for a small business set-aside, two or more qualified and capable small businesses must submit responses that demonstrate their qualifications. Responses must demonstrate the company�s ability to accomplish the requirements set forth in attached draft performance work statement of this notice. PURPOSE: Provided for the accreditation of up to 45 programs to be selected by the Customer.� These programs may include an annual OGC Symposium or Conference targeted to all OGC attorneys, as well as regional or specialty training programs such as, but not limited to, those provided in the areas of civilian personnel, environmental, Freedom of Information Act, or real estate law.� Programs may include accreditation for in-person programs as well as programs recorded for on-demand use, or provided on a virtual basis.� Programs selected for accreditation may include any training program for which OGC is the sponsor or co-sponsor with Department of the Navy organizations which includes training for OGC attorneys. Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned. All government and contractor personal reviewing Sources Sought responses understand their responsibility for proper use and protection from unauthorized disclosure of proprietary information as described 41 USC 423. The Government shall not be held liable for any damages incurred if proprietary information is not identified. SUBMISSION DETAILS: Responses shall include: Business name and address; Name of company representative, their business title phone number and email; Type of Business, to include drilling down if claiming a social economic business category; Cage Code; Contract vehicles and types (i.e. FFP, T&M, IDIQ) that are currently available to the Government for the procurement of the product and service, if any; to include General Service Administration (GSA), GSA MOBIS, GSA OASIS, NIH, NASA SEWP, or any other Government Agency contract vehicle; Pricing structure if annual subscription that allows for 100% access to all classes. Short narrative, detailing how the company is qualified to support this requirement. Potential offerors who wish to respond to this sources sought shall send responses via email no later than 20 October 2021, 3:00 PM EST to lisa.t.coyle1.civ@us.navy.mil .� Interested businesses shall submit a detailed responses (no more than 10 pages) in PDF or Word format.
