- Description
- The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), High Explosives and Energetics Program Office (NA-193) is seeking interested parties having the capability to manufacture and supply certain High Explosive (HE) materials used by DOE/NNSA. The Government is interested in production capabilities within the United States and delivery to DOE/NNSA sites in the continental United States of conventional and insensitive high explosives beginning in 2026.
