Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, and under the authority of FAR Part 13 � Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation document will not be issued. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is issuing a request for quote (RFQ) under solicitation number 70CMSD22Q00000001 for Internet Services. The Government anticipates a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order award. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-07. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 519130, with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. Description: The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Special Agent in Charge (SAC) San Antonio has a requirement to purchase Internet Services in two (2) locations at speeds of 100 MBPS upload and 100 MBPS download.
