10/18/2021: Amendment 0001 -�The purpose of this Amendment is to extend the Clarification Request (RFQ (REV 1), Section B8 (page 03)) due date from 1400 (2:00 PM) EST, Monday, 18 October 2021 to 1800 (6:00 PM) EST, Friday, 22 October 2021. This amendment DOES NOT extend the offer due date. All offers are due not later than 1800 (6:00 PM) EST, Tuesday, 02 November 2021. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Please see the addendum to FAR provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items (RFQ page 39) for specific guidance for submitting quotations. Failure of a quote to show compliance with these instructions, to include providing all required information in the format or on the form specified, may be grounds for exclusion of the quote from further consideration.
