Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT 6CA1141 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: California City: San Mateo Delineated Area: North: Crystal Springs Road to 3rd Ave East: US Hwy 101 South: Hillsdale Blvd West: Alameda de Las Pulgas Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,910 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,256 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): As required by local code Reserved Parking Spaces (Surface): 3 Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Additional Requirements Space shall be located not more than the equivalent of two city blocks from a primary or secondary street. Space shall be no more than twice as long as it is wide.� Columns must be at least 20� from any interior wall and from each other, and be no more than 2� square. Space must be contiguous on one floor.� If the space is not on the ground floor, it must have a minimum of two accessible elevators. One accessible elevator may serve as a freight elevator. Where on-site parking is not available, parking for the disabled must be located on the same block. Space shall have at least one separate employee entrance providing ingress without going through agency reception area. More than one employee entrance may be required depending on the floor plan. To be located in a professional office setting. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall be outside of the 100-year flood plain.
