Description

he Indian Health Service/Cheyenne River Health Center is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify all vendors�having an interest in and the resources to support a requirement for Paramedic/EMT Basic Services.�Refer to attached performance work statement for requirement. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is: 621399 Offices of All Other Miscellaneous Health Practitioners; and the Product Service Code assigned is: Q999 -�Medical - Other. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME and NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. This is a request for capability information and does not constitute a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary. The Federal Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. If your organization has the potential capacity to perform these contract services please provide the following information: 1) Organization name, address, telephone number, email address & web site address. 2) DUNS number and identify your business status/size (i.e. small business, 8(a), small disadvantaged business, service disabled veteran owned, woman owned, Buy-Indian (IEE), etc..) 3) Tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims.
