- This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format at FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number W913E522Q0001 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334513 � Instruments and Related Products Manufacturing for Measuring, Displaying, and Controlling Industrial Process Variables, which has a size standard of 750 employees. This requirement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with FAR 19.502-2. The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Cold Regions Research & Engineering Laboratory (CRREL)�s Terrestrial & Cryospheric Sciences Branch has a requirement to purchase two (2) data loggers, various sensors, cables and mounting equipment for the monitoring and sensing of temperature and relative humidity in the Permafrost Tunnel Research Facility. �The data loggers shall be brand name to Campbell Scientific.
