- The Contractor shall perform duties as the Executive Producer and provide the following services to meet the requirements listed in this SOW: a. Booking the following artists to perform at event:� Craig Morgan Michael Ray Abby Anderson Natalie Stovall b. Contracting professional event production, director, camera crews, audio engineers, lighting, etc. and coordinate with the Band & Chorus Commander to determine and approve best courses of action for lighting, audio, live-feed video, staging, blocking, run of show, and choreography from initial technical rehearsals through the end of the final performance. c. Coordinate with Band and Chorus Commander and Musical Arranger to ensure quality control while facilitating communication and artistic direction between Band & Chorus Commander and commercial musical talent during vocal/instrumental line checks, technical rehearsals, cue-to-cue rehearsals, dress rehearsals, and performances. d. Writing show script for event host (to be inserted into teleprompter) and perform duties as show runner in conjunction with the Band and Chorus Commander in order to facilitate communication between audio, video, and lighting personnel during the performances. e. Serving as Executive Producer of live-to-tape filming of concert f. Serving as Executive Producer of filming of artists participating in activities in and around at Fort Bragg, NC. g. Securing travel, lodging & ground transport for artists, crew, and support staff h. Ensuring artists and production staff are present for dress rehearsal on Dec. 9, 2021 i. Providing Commercial General Liability Insurance for Production & all related shoots j. Licensing songs for broadcast distribution k. Securing broadcast distribution and rights m. Executing the engagement Scope and Deliverables n. Engagement and Contract Management o. Coordinating with 82nd Airborne Division Band & Chorus and Musical Arranger with writing and designing the show, including musical selections, staging, choreography, stage layout, and run of show. 1.8�Period of Performance: a. The Contractor must attend the following rehearsals/performances: 1. November 1-8, 2021 (Primary dates) or November 15-17, 2021 (Secondary dates) from 9:30am to 5:00pm at the 82nd Airborne Division Band & Chorus rehearsal facility (H-4315 Gruber Road, Fort Bragg, NC) (actual stop time on each day will be determined on that day by the Band & Chorus Commander): i. The intent of these rehearsals is to allow the Contractor to work in tandem with the contracted production support to determine the exact layout of the stage, to determine how the vendor will mic individual instruments and vocalists, and to prepare a light and video support package that is timed to work with the rest of the production.� The Contractor will, from Front of House, provide artistic guidance and direction and will supervise and act as a quality control agent on behalf of the Band & Chorus Commander. 2. December 1-2, 2021 (Primary dates) or December 2-3, 2021 (Secondary dates) from 9:30am to 5:00pm at the 82nd Airborne Division Band & Chorus rehearsal facility (H-4315 Gruber Road, Fort Bragg, NC) (actual stop time on each day will be determined on that day by the Band & Chorus Commander): iii. The intent of these rehearsals is to allow the Contractor to work in tandem with the contracted production support during full runs of the entire production. The Contractor will from Front of House, provide artistic guidance and direction, supervise and act as a quality control agent on behalf of the Band & Chorus Commander, and facilitate communication between contracted production support and the Band & Chorus Commander. 3. December 7, 2021 beginning at 1:00pm and lasting as late as 5:00pm, and December 8 2021, beginning at 9:00am and lasting as late as 5:00pm at the Crown Coliseum, Fayetteville, NC (all completion times from here until project completion will be determined by the Band & Chorus Commander on the day of the event): iv. These rehearsals will consist of equipment functions checks, individual instrumental and vocal line/mic checks, and cue-to-cue style coordinating activities between contractor audio, lighting, and video departments. �The Contractor will facilitate communication and artistic direction from the Band & Chorus Commander to the contracted production support and will be responsible for calling the show, supervising, and serving as quality control agent from here until project completion. 4. Between December 8-10, 2021, the Contractor will coordinate with the 82nd Airborne Division PAO for the support of taping recorded sequences between commercial musical talent and members of the 82nd Airborne Division community. Support will include concept and script development, rehearsals, blocking for talent and military personnel, taping, and final editing and approval. 5. December 10, 2021 will be the date of the performance and will require a 3:00pm call time for all contracted personnel with a completion time of as late as 10:00pm.
