The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16 intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a sole source contract to Pitney Bowes Corporation, 3001 Summer Street, Stamford, CT 06926-4317 to provide repair and preventative maintenance services for Pitney Bowes systems located at Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center (MEDVAMC) and outlining Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC'S): MEDVAMC Houston Location: 2002 Holcombe Blvd. Houston TX 77030 Pitney Bowes - TI70 - Relay 7000 Inserting System Pitney Bowes -AZBD SendPro P3000 Series WOW Pitney Bowes - AZBD SendPro P3000 Series WOW / AZBM SendPro P3000 Color Print Module Conroe CBOC Unit Location: 690 South Loop 336 West, Conroe, Texas 77304 Pitney Bowes - Connect 2000 System Beaumont CBOC Unit Location: 3420 Veterans Circle, Beaumont, Texas 77707 Pitney Bowes - Model Number: C5CC Lufkin CBOC Unit: 2206 North John Reddit Drive, Lufkin, Texas 75904 Pitney Bowes - SVXA DM475 Digital Mailing System The maintenance period shall be provided Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays. The anticipated award date is November 1, 2021 for a 12-Month Base and (4)-12 Month Option Periods.
