Description

The Mission & Installation Contracting Command - Fort Knox (MICC-Knox) intends to award on a sole-source basis a contract to WCP/Fern Exposition Services, 645 Linn Street, Cincinnati, OH 45203-1722.� The requirement is to provide Ancillary Convention Services for the National Future Farmers of America (NFAA) Convention located at the Indiana Convention Center and Luca Oil Stadium, 100 South Capital Ave, Suite 100, Indianapolis, IN 46225 on 26 through 29 October 2021.� This is a non-personnel services contract to provide Ancillary Convention Services to include, but not limited to, rental of carpet, carpet padding, accessories, furniture, labor and material handling. The National Future Farmers of America (NFAA) National Industry Classification System (NAICS) code selected is 561920, Convention and Trade Show Organizers. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) and a solicitation will not be issued. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition for this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received by 21 October 2021, 11:00 A.M. Eastern Standard Time (EST), the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. RESPONSES ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 21 October 2021, 11:00 A.M.
