Description

Pu'uloa Range Training Facility, marine corps Base Hawaii needs to meet the requirement for fiscal year 2022 ARQ standards set by Training and Education Command, Command General (TECOM CG), USMC. The specifications of the required targets are: � USMC � Threat Short Bay, Die-Cut Target with Visible Zones 19.5� x 39.5� � USMC � Threat Long Bay Target with Visible Zones 24� x 45� The item or service is only available from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), or there is only one authorized distributor or technical representative for the OEM. Regional Contracting Office Hawaii intends to award on a sole source basis due to the discussions above.
