- NOTE:� SOLICITATION TO BE ISSUED� UNDER� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � �� FAR SUBPART 13.5 UTILIZING SIMPLIFIED�ACQUISITION PROCEDURES. DLA Land & Maritime is preparing to issue a solicitation under FAR Subpart 13.5 and will be utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures.� The Government will award a 13.5 Simplified Indefinite-Delivery Contract (SIDC) resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government.� The contract period will be for a �5-year contract, consisting of a three-year base period and two 1-year option periods; �or until the aggregate of the orders placed against the contract reaches the maximum dollar amount.� Firm-fixed pricing will be applicable. The NSNs will be evaluated on an �All or None� basis per NSN, being awarded to the �best value� offeror for that line.� The Government intends to place delivery orders under the awarded contract for DLA stock support only.� This solicitation is an �Unrestricted� procurement that is being issued under Other Than Full and Open Competition under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1).� Below are the NSNs, descriptions and approved part numbers for the six items to be procured.
