Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ, intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with Mid-Atlantic Computer Services, Inc�to procure the production and delivery of Dynamic Information Notebook Organizer (DINO), Part number 504045-002, revision D, NSN: 000000001020754576, needed to support MQ-4C Triton Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Program. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to award a 3- year Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract to Mid-Atlantic Computer Services, Inc.. GENERAL INFORMATION:�There is no commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, make and award or awards, or be responsible for any money expended by interested parties before award of a contract for the effort described above. Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit or award a contract. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to full and open competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
