- NASA/NASA Shared Services Center (NSSC) is hereby soliciting information from potential sources for Agency-wide Ansys Agreement including AGI and Phoenix. The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) NSSC is seeking capability statements from all interested parties, including all socioeconomic categories of Small Businesses and Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU)/Minority Institutions (MI), and members of the underserved communities as defined by Executive Order 13985, Advancing Racial Equity And Support For Underserved Communities Through The Federal Government, for the purposes of determining the appropriate level of competition and/or small business subcontracting goals for Ansys Agreement. ��The Government reserves the right to consider a Small, 8(a), Women-owned (WOSB), Service Disabled Veteran (SD-VOSB), Economically Disadvantaged Women-owned Small Business (EDWOSB) or HUBZone business set-aside based on responses received. No solicitation exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the solicitation. One purpose of this sources sought is to determine if there are alternative platforms from other publishers that NASA should consider for its requirement. Agency-wide Ordering Agreement or Enterprise License Agreement for a combined suite of Ansys, AGI, and Phoenix Integration tools in a single portfolio. AGI and Phoenix are Ansys Integration affiliates. NASA currently has an agreement in place for AGI and as it expires it would roll into the single portfolio. Ansys suite of modeling and simulation tools specifically includes capabilities in the following engineering disciplines: structures, crash, thermal, fluids, photonics, semiconductors, electromagnetics, materials, mission, test, evaluation, and orbit determination. The following product categories are of interest but not limited to: Product Category Materials (Granta MI, Granta Selector, Granta MDS) Platform (Minerva, ModelCenter(Phoenix)) Mission Engineering/AGI (STK, ODTK, TETK, Moxie) Embedded Software (SCADE Suite, SCADE Display, SCADE Vision, SCADE Architect, SCADE Test, SCADE Lifecycle) Digital Twin (Twin Builder) Safety Analysis (medina analyze, medina analyze for Cybersecurity) Structurers (Mechanical, LS-DYNA, Motion, Sherlock, Additive Solutions) 3D Design (Discovery, SpaceClaim) Fluids (Fluent, CFX, Chemkin-Pro, Forte, FENSAP-ICE, EnSight, Turbo Tools, Polyflow) Turbo Tools Application within fluids (TurboGride, VISTA TF, BladeModeler, PolyFlow) Optics and VR (SPEOS) Electronics (HFSS, Maxwell, Slwave, Icepak, Q3D Extractor) Photonics (Lumerical FDTD) Interested firms having the required capabilities necessary to meet the above requirement described herein should submit a capability statement of no more than 30 pages indicating the ability to perform all aspects of the effort including the full line of Ansys, AGI, and Phoenix integration product along with technical support or proposed alternative platform that offers the same breath of range. Requirement is a commercial or commercial-type product.� A commercial item is defined in FAR 2.101. Company Information/Socio-Economic Status � Provide business name, address, Data Universal Numbering Systems (DUNS) Number, Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code, and the POC information (name, email address and telephone).� Provide business size under NAICS 541512 Computer Systems Design Services.� Please identify and explain any other NAICS code your company believes would better represent the predominate work included in the attached product listing. Indicate whether your company, subcontractors, teaming partners, joint ventures have a Federal Socio-Economic status for the aforementioned NAICS code, e.g., Small Business, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Veteran Owned Small Business, Woman-Owned Small Business, Disadvantaged Small Business, and Hub Zone. If requirement is available through GSA, SEWP or another Government-wide vehicle open to the NSSC (FSS, GWAC, BPA, IDIQ, etc.); include the contract number associated with the vehicle. Background/Past Experience � Describe your organization�s experience providing the requirement set forth in the above description of requirement.� Provide a short description of your experience in providing the software and maintenance products and services deliver the requirement The name, address, and value of each project The name, organization, telephone, and address of the owner of each project A description of each project, including difficulties and successes Your company�s role and services provided for each project. Capabilities/Qualifications � Overview of proposed solution(s). Include a description of the capabilities/qualifications/skills your company possesses for each of the below statements: Assessment of capabilities to perform requirements noted in the sources sought. Assessment of the types of changes required to accomplish the goals.
