- SYNOPSIS DESCRIPTION: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19 Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center, 6162 S Willow Drive, Greenwood Village, CO 80111 intends to solicit sources to enter into one firm-fixed price indefinite delivery, definite quantity (IDIQ) contracts to provide on-site Perfusionist services for its Veteran population at the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center, located at 1700 N. Wheeling Street, Aurora, CO 80045. The Contractor shall furnish Board Certified Perfusionist personnel to provide onsite Perfusionist services. The Contractor s physician(s) care shall cover a range of Perfusionist Services in accordance with quality standard of care meeting or exceeding currently recognized national standards as established by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion http://www.abcp.org. Services shall be for a one-year base period with four one-year pre-priced option periods for renewal. Reimbursement methodology shall be aHourly contract, the Contractor will be reimbursed only for hours completed. The solicitation package will be available for download on 21 October 2021. Proposals submitted shall be due no later than 4:00 p.m., Mountain Time, on 21 November 2021. The applicable NAICS code is 621399 with a small business size standard of $7 million. This solicitation is a 100% Total Small Business Set Aside. The solicitation reference is 36C259-21-R-0008, On-site Perfusionist services, and should be referenced in all correspondence/inquiries. All information for this solicitation will be posted on the Contract Opportunities website. No hard copies of the solicitation will be provided. Any amendments to this solicitation will be available at this website and offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments to this solicitation at this website prior to the time of responding to the solicitation.
