Description

The Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs (ICE) Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ) Irving, TX 75063 is issuing this special notice to inform industry of ICE�s the intent to execute a single source award as prescribed in FAR 13.106-1(b)(i) to Atlantic Signal LLC 1221 S. Kansas, Topeka, KS 66612. Prior to awarding, market research was conducted and concluded this is a request to acquire workstation licenses as a sole source contract in the best interests to the Government because the products needed are not available from any other provider. In accordance with FAR Part 13, specifically Subpart 13.106-1(b)(i), there is only one (1) responsible source, and no other product will satisfy agency requirements. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part�13. The place of performance is as follows: 1221 S. Kansas, Topeka, KS 66612. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 334290. The Small Business Administration size standard for this sector in number of employees is 750. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES AND IS FOR INFORMATION ONLY. No solicitation documents are available, and telephone, fax, or email requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded based upon any information received in�response to this notice. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is within the discretion of the Government.
