Description

Amendment 1 is issued to answer questions and extend due date to Friday, October 29, 2021 at 1pm EST. The National Park Service (NPS) is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for Blue Ridge Parkway Elevator Maintenance to include annual inspections, service and repair of three hydraulic operated elevators at the BLRI Headquarters (Asheville, NC), BLRI Visitor Center (Asheville, NC), and BLRI Music Center (Galax, VA). Service addresses and equipment data are as follows: BLRI Headquarters: 199 Hemphill Knob Rd, Asheville NC 28803 ThyssenKrupp HA-25 Serial: 2500lb load capacity BLRI Visitor Center: 195 Hemphill Knob Rd., Asheville NC 28803 ThyssenKrupp EP-60 Serial: EV9882 2500lb load capacity BLRI Music Center: 700 Foothills Rd Galax VA 24333 ThyssenKrupp Serial: ER8504 2500lb load capacity Provide pricing for one or all locations. All quotes will be considered. TYPE OF CONTRACT: Firm Fixed Price This proposed acquisition will be 100% small business set-aside procurement. The NAICS code is 541350 and the size standard is $8 million. Period of Performance: Base year: 11/01/2021 to 10/31/2022 Option year 1: 11/01/2022 to 10/31/2023 Option year 2: 11/01/2023 to 10/31/2024 Option year 3: 11/01/2024 to 10/31/2025 Option year 4: 11/01/2025 to 10/31/2026 SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Federal Acquisition Regulations require that federal contractors register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov and enter all mandatory information into the system.
