General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:�Utah City:�Salt Lake City Delineated Area: North � 600N East � 300E South � 4100S West � 5600W Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�19,045 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�19,045 Space Type:�Office, Warehouse Parking Spaces (Total):�29; see below for additional details Parking Spaces (Surface):�29 Parking Spaces (Structured):�0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):�0 Full Term:�20 years Firm Term:�10 years Option Term:�n/a Additional Requirements: This requirement consists of 5,000 ABOA warehouse and 14,045 ABOA office Two entrances must be provided to the space; a main entrance and a secondary (employee) entrance Twenty five (25) standard size parking spaces are required. It is not required these parking spaces be fenced or reserved. In addition to these spaces, the tenant will have two trailers (16 feet long, and 36 feet long) which will mandate two (2) oversized of suitable length to accommodate each trailer, totaling four (4) additional spots. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
