U.S. GOVERNMENT 7CA3200 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: California City: Bishop Delineated Area: North: U.S. Highway 395 (N. Sierra Hwy) to Wye Road East: Spruce St. to Bruce St. to Park St to U.S. Highway 395 (N. Main St) South: Schober Lane; West: S. Barlow Lane Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 24,741 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 25,000 Space Type: 21,741 ABOA SF Office 3,000 ABOA SF Warehouse 18,000 SF Paved Wareyard Parking Spaces (Total): 45 Parking Spaces (Surface): 45 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 45-enclosed parking spaces Full Term: 20 years Firm Term: 20 years Option Term: 1-2 year option Additional Requirements: Contiguous space required Offered facilities must not be located adjacent to schools, residential areas, prisons/jails, heavy industrial areas (light industrial or flex space areas are acceptable), or in close proximity to any operations causing excessive odors or noise. 10 FT ceiling required in warehouse Offered sites must provide public visibility and have immediate and safe access to arterial roadways. The offered property must be capable of sending and receiving radio transmissions from Silver Peak Mountain. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
