Description

Pre-Solicitation Notice: Network Contracting Office, NCO17 anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed-Price construction contract for Upgrade Exterior Signage, Project No. 671A4-15-104, Kerrville VA Medical Center, 3600 Memorial Blvd, Kerrville, Texas 78028. The method of procurement shall be an Invitation for Bid (IFB) in accordance with the procedures set forth in Parts 14 and 36 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), with an estimated issue date of November 5, 2021, and a projected bid due date of December 6, 2021. Project Overview: Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, tooling, and supervision to perform all requirements of the resulting contract. The project includes, but is not limited to, replacing existing signage, adding new signage, site work, electrical work, adding new communications wiring, all necessary testing and commissioning. Project also provides for all the necessary tie-in points to existing infrastructure. Work includes general construction per the Scope of Work (SOW), Specifications and Drawings included in the IFB. Project duration shall be 180 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). This requirement is a competitive offer, Set Aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The applicable NAISC code is 236220, $39.5 Mil. The magnitude of the construction estimated cost range: $500,000.00 - $1,000,000.00.
