- The Department Of Veterans Affairs, Network 15 CMOP Contracting Office has a requirement to procure the item listed below for delivery to TUCSON CMOP to replenish stock. (A1222) ACAMPROSATE CA 333MG EC TAB The Product Code is 6505, Drugs & Biologicals; the NAICS code for this solicitation is 325412. All responsible open market sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. Solicitation package 36C77022Q0016 shall be posted on Sam.Gov on or about Oct. 21, 2021, and will close on Oct. 25, 2021 (8:00 AM CST) these dates are subject to change. No solicitation packages will be mailed. Responses must be concise and be specifically directed to the requirement referenced above. It is the offeror s responsibility to monitor Sam.Gov for changes or amendments. This will be set-aside to Small Business vendors. The Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) October 2013 is applicable to this procurement. Delivery is needed ARO 3-5 Days.
